Al has well over twenty five years experience in roleplay work in all areas both medical and corporate. For many years he has focused on medical roleplay, playing simulated patients and relatives at various Hospital/NHS Trusts mainly in and around London and the South East eg;

Al began in roleplay work at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington in the mid 90's and has worked ever since in all areas of roleplay eg; Communication Skills, History Taking, Breaking Bad News, Conflict Sessions, Difficult Encounters, Psychiatric Sessions (Multiple difficult characters with SHOs), OSCES, Procedural (fake body) roles; eg, Catheterisation, Rectal examination, Blood Pressure, neurological, motor neuron, Surgeon operation procedures (eg Suturing), ECG, Comm skills and working with Robot Doctors (St Mary's 2000-2001) and Paramedics.

Alongside the medical roleplay Al has worked extensively for many years in corporate roleplay for; Gillette UK, BAE Systems, Barclays, Santander, KPMG, etc. He was also a roleplayer booker for BAE Systems for their various Finance Account Management roleplays between 2005-2019.
